I believe implicitly in “effective managing” through clear communication and use of personal power. What we think, what we feel, what we say and what we do are the four key elements of personal power which we choose to use to shape any outcome. I am particular interested in how people invest their personal power to shape personal or corporate outcomes in the workplace.
