My experience on the course
This course was truly an exceptional event. I was able to embrace what I believe to be the sophistication inherent within NLP. I was given the opportunity to truly examine what I now believe to be one of the most fundamental building blocks of being an educator. The use of Self. I came with a clear idea of needing to develop strategies for identifying my point of congruence. And just how this particular point enabled me to communicate in a way that captures and expresses the very essence of who I am.
From my experience I achieved this and much more! The way the group was facilitated and managed through much of the process is challenged by models of learning and development forever. I am sure the structure and outcomes of the programme would clear for you Sue, they were clear on the website! To then develop and learn within a process where the learning and richness of all involved was brought to the fore and weaved into a tapestry, your work is genius!
What I really loved about this programme was the opportunity I took, and the permission I received, to explore the very nature of my in a world in the way that made absolute sense. The transparency of my repeating patterns and how those patterns can directly impact those around me, and within the learning and development space will directly shape the work I do now.
Finally this course is about transformation and not just about development. I had the experience of moving beyond options and possibilities and into a space that I had never considered.
As stated in the beginning, a truly exceptional event!
My learnings on the course
My learnings focused on my ability to develop clear strategies for congruence and effectiveness in my learning and development practice, this I achieved and am really pleased with the realisation of this outcome.
The power of feedback, although not unknown to me was offered as a key source of learning in a way that I had never experienced before. This I will trust and directly apply into my practice.
How to take some highly complex NLP processes and see them delivered with grace and simplicity. This is a massive learning from me and did his clarity and simplicity that is my next goal.
To really embrace alternative ways of delivering key messages and to facilitate the learning into the process in a way that I have never observed before.
Acceptance of the many gifts and blessings I already have!

Our organisation of the event…
The level of care and attention, the timely and regular contact by text and by e-mail was great. This continued directly throughout the event and continued right up to its conclusion. I was really impressed with this and as somebody who manages a large amount of learning and development events, this was great!
And as the food!! I shall say more about this when I come to my feedback for Colin.

Sue, when I first saw you and observed you working on my Master Prac I was clear that you had a skill set and an approach that I seek to model. My first impression was more than fulfilled! You are an exceptionally talented, intelligent and beautiful woman. Your sense of humour is infectious and what you have created in the work that you do touches my heart! You have embarked on what I can only describe as a spiritual life in action and something that in my own way I live and aspire to.
You enbody NLP and the messages within this fascinating subject sublimely. A master of her art!

I really enjoyed staying there. David and Elaine were great hosts made both myself and Jane feel very welcome. I would certainly recommend them….. and then there are the stories! Great entertainment
