Outcomes
On successful completion of this programme you will have enhanced your ability to that of an international high performance coach. (You can simultaneously achieve recognised NLP certification standards – you can discuss this with Sue Knight personally beforehand) By the end of the programme you will be able to:
- Learn to recognise the structure of our own and others experience so that we can reproduce and achieve the excellence that we want with consistency
- Discover how to make those things that we do with an unconscious elegance more available to us consciously so that we can access that excellence when we choose
- Learn how to really draw on the mind and body connection for yourself and for others
- Learn how to transfer that excellence not only across the contexts of our own lives but to others who wish to achieve the same kind of results
- Recognise and release the true potential within ourselves and in others with whom we come into contact
- Have learnt how to give the ownership of change to the clients of the coaching process
- Strip away the masks to discover our inner truth so that we can present ourselves to the world at large in a way that is compelling and influential
- Use metaphors to bypass conscious resistance and influence the unconscious mind
- Develop and discover our connectedness with those we coach and enhance our systems thinking
- Learn how to give life changing feedback
- Identify the leverage points that bring about the greatest change for the minimum intervention
- Remain supportive, connected yet objective in the ownership of the issues to be coached
- Enable those that you coach to know what it is that they want to achieve, enable them to take ownership of that and be able to measure precisely the achievement of that desired state
- Find ways of consistently reproducing the excellence that we discover within ourselves and others and coach ourselves and others to do so
- Enable others to discover their unique mission, values and purpose such that they know their core ideology irrespective of changes that occur around them
