The Programme
The level and calibre of the participants of my programmes has raised year by year. And my own thinking and working with NLP has moved to new realms. For this reason and just for the joy of working with groups at this very advanced level I am running an NLP Masterclass. And where better to run such a programme than in the surroundings of the Himalayas. Was this work designed for the place or the place created to inspire the kind of the learning that we expect to achieve here? This programme is key to building a network of highly professional world class facilitators who can link together to support each other to make a difference in the world.
If you have responsibility or just a desire to develop others then you will learn how to do that in a way that fits completely with your unique circumstances. So you may be a trainer but equally you may be a leader, a consultant, a parent, a facilitator, a manager, a coach, a friend. I will support you to work to your full potential and in so doing support others to do the same. You will learn the intricacies and the essence of NLP and the processes of modelling excellence and coaching others to do the same.
