The programme
You arrive on the Friday afternoon or evening for a course start at 0930 on the following morning. There will be an hour for lunch each day which will be taken at the house most days and once or twice at the local café where you can experience a typical set course menu. We have to plan these lunches carefully to ensure that we can do some learning in the afternoon! Each day the formal learning closes at 1730 and you return to your local accommodation. We can advise on this and have links with local bed and breakfast places in the nearest village about 3 miles away.
