NLP coaching — Jules Burdett — Friday, February 09, 2007

I have done lots of reading on NLP and am really keen to continue to learn more. I am a People Development Trainer and want to use NLP in training courses and coaching. Unfortunately I am unable to make any of the dates for the Intro to NLP this year but could do the NLP Coaching module. Do I need to have the Intro course under my belt or is some of the general NLP stuff covered on the coaching module?

Otherwise will have to settle for one of the one day Capita courses or the 2 day CIPD course in London in September. Is Sue teaching at either of theses courses?

Many thanks - look forward to hearing from you

Pat Naylor's Answer (Sue's PA at the time)

Dear Jules,

Thank you for contacting us. To get the most out of the High Performance Coaching module we suggest that delegates have at least NLP Stage One. Will you be able to make either the Capita or CIPD courses before the coaching module? Sue will be running them on:

  • Feb 16
  • March 27/28
  • March 30

Sue is planning on running all of Capita and CIPD courses during the rest of the year except Capita on October 19 when she will be working in India.

I hope that helps, do let me know if you have any other questions.

Sincerely,

Pat
