Applying NLP in Organization — Milind — Thursday, June 10, 2004

Hello Sue,

This is Milind . I am a certified NLP trainer and have been practicing NLP techniques for past four years or so. I am fascinated by the technique and have read both your books, along with many other books on the subject. I wish to know, what aspects of NLP you suggest to be taught to people in an organization, for effectively influencing the clients to initiate and maintain long term relationhips.

With kind regards,

Milind

Dear Milind yes we do and if you look at our training page you will see the details of all of these courses and we can and do run them in various formats in house too; Let me know if you don't find the information you want and even if you do!!

Dear Milind,

I think that we may have answered your questions a bit erratically on the website. The answer that appears is not to the question that you ask here so here is my answer to this one,.

In organisations I find that some of the topics that are often the mostrelevant are

Influencing with Rapport and using Filters
Outcome thinking for setting goals
Logical Levels of Change for personal and organisational congruence
Filters for identifying peoples unique styles for teams
Perceptual Positions for everyday negotiations
Modelling for releasing true potential
Clean questions and the Meta Model for coaching

Gosh I could go on. Is that enough for you to get a flavour for the moment?

Sincerely,
Sue Knight

Thanx, Sue. I am a trainer in one of the leading organizations in India. I

am doing in-house programs on NLP for the employees, specially on enriched communication. I have developed a model that covers precisely what you have mentioned. I wanted an expert opinion to check what I was doing was right.

Thank you once again. Pl. keep my mail id in your database and let me know whenever you are in India.

With kind regards,
Milind
