Can NLP be used as an effective tool in the health and fitness industry and is there any evidence to support this? |
| Sue's Answer |
Dear Elizabeth, Yes indeed. There are heaps of books on the application of NLP to Health and Fitness and I draw on my learning with NLP to keep fit especially in my cycling. One of the ways in which I have done this is to model excellence especially in my husband's cycling to climb hills with rhythm and speed. I have written about this in a couple of my books now. That is one of the great assets of NLP - the ability to model the best. For references for books see www.anglo-american.co.uk They have a section on health and fitness. And one the basic principles in NLP is that Mind and Body are one. Let me know if you want to know more. Sincerely, |
